Very Weak JIO Speed. Download speed less than Upload

Guys, Network Strength in my home largely increased in past 2- 3 days without installing any new towers. (from - 105dBm to - 80dBm in band 5, SNR from - 2db to +20dB. Dunno how they did it. Although CC said they are installing a new tower in my area in next 2 months.
