Very Weak JIO Speed. Download speed less than Upload

Hi Team,

I Have been using Jio for a week now. From yesterday I have noticed that I am getting very weak speed. Also, the upload speed is more than the download speed (this is something I have never seen or heard) . Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Since morning I am getting FUPied speed though I have not used more than 3GB and from couple of days I am getting 4GB usage message even if I barely touched 3GB of usage

Same for me. On torrents, earlier I used to get ~3.5 mBps. Now it only hovers around 1-1.5 mBps.

If u download 3.44 GB Jio considers it 4GB. Another loot. I will surely throw their sim and Lyf phone after launch if they continue this as already pack will have validity of 28 days. Kachra company

Who said Jio don't have 2G, here I'm getting 0.25 - 0.50 Mbps from last 15 days
There is not even a support channel to complaint about. There cc no. takes 1 hr to connect & email gets no reply other than an automated response. Jio is such a unprofessional crap. Now using airtel sometimes and will be using it from Day 1

same here in bangalore, speeds have dropped youtube videos are buffering, i have not crossed 4gb till date since 25days..
i am not sure if they are really going to maintain standards, afaik, JIO can only be a secondary sim, if internet doesnt work calls also wont!!

Speeds are good during early morning but during the day speeds are not crossing 1-2 Mbps on speedtest. However upload speeds cross 5-6 Mbps. This is being noticed from last 2-3 days. I am from Patiala, Punjab.

There is no use of proxy the speed is throttled from jio side you will not find any difference.
720p vids are buffering on youtube
Not able to play in day time.
Night works fine.

jio speed was fast .. but dont kow around diwali and till now.. wat happen.. bloody gone little slow.
watsapp is worst effected.. i am not able to send a 5mb video file on watsapp
