yes these cartoons charged me for calls too :\ even though they suppose to be unlimited..

they have no idea about the plan, i had to go to the their office and meet the accounts officer, she had no details about the plan, will call on monday to check, she told me it will be fixed and new bill issued, i also pgportled them because their accounts officer wasnt picking the phone.

Ya 1500 aunty told me the same thing to do , meet accounts officer.
Asked to send application , who has time yaar to go to their office and waste time..and yes they have no idea of the plan and on 1999 one lady in their accounts department told kei it has 500 calls only free, but they still charged full.

they corrected my bill and now will be as per new billing, had to go personally though boo. They are in prompting these plans with automatic pop ups now..annoying those pop ups are..

What correction was made ? they gave me 100 discount but i think they had counted all calls on mtnl network too, will have to go there to get call details so havent been able to confirm this yet .
