Routing problems on Reliance Jio leading to slow loading websites

websites are loading/connecting very slow using jio but downloading is good at 1MBPS-1.5MBPS , not just play store every site is taking much time to connect/load, even my 2mbps BSNL is loading the sites faster

i have used VPN they are loading a bit faster but any DNS server in specific which makes jio faster? or any other solutions

you probably cannot fix jio's routing issues sitting at home.
