why BSNL not restored the regular speeds .Start of the new month ?

hi am on 990 UL plan. For the past 3 days am keep on getting sms and also messages asking me to upgrade as i caught up on FUP policy.I didn't responded and today is new month and they have to restore my regular speeds right ? Still am having slow speeds. Anybody's having similar problems ??

Re-start your modem and check again.

If that isn't working, log in to your portal page through this link: http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/

Register if you haven't created a user ID yet.

In selfcare portal, you will be able to see the details and your billing cycle.
 


Which plan are you on ? Normally, your speed will remain same until lease time is expired. A modem restart can fix this.
 
sometimes , you have to wait until late afternoon of the first day of the month for the restoration.
