all this talk about digital transactions, I didnt even consider what happens when internet fails. or what happens to people too poor to put internet balance every month. theres this shop which has a deadspot where both jio and bsnl doesnt work. so everytime I go there, I have to buy things, see the total and come out, do the transaction and again go inside to confirm it is successful
Two weeks back I lost 3300+ because of failed transaction when making a payment by upi. Complained to every org involved but still no refund.
This never happens if I pay by credit card and the transaction fails. The payment will be refunded by the payment gateway provider. But when I paid with Upi they simply seem not to be bothered though the amount is paid to the gateway provider UPI id. So where is my money ? With my bank ? with NPCI ? with the payment gateway provider ? with merchant ?....with god ? lol
