BSNL broadband stopped working via ethernet

Hi guys,
After failing with so many times, i thought of posting this here.
I recently changed my ISP to BSNL (i know its funny because JIO! just launched but sadly itsnot available in my remote area)

So, its a quite annoying problem i started getting recently.
Whenever i try to connect my ethernet cable, it says "Unidentified network" and "No Internet Access"
but its flawlessly working via wifi .

The router is BSNL's own tdsl300w2 , and it was all good one day back, I tried using different cable as well
Reinstalled the adapter's driver . still no luck.

If any of you got any suggestions, I would really appreciate them.

Also I have tried releasing and renewing IPs as well
and also used these
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset reset.log

still the same !
 
1. Check LAN drivers are in place

2. Enable DHCP in modem

4. Try configuring static IP for PC/laptop
 
This happened to me once. When I changed my modem from bsnl to TP-Link. The internet was working on wifi but not on desktop. Reason was I didn't install the drivers the modem came with. You need to install the modem drivers.
