Unable to access Jio Play on browser

Hello there!

For the past 2 weeks I'm unable to access Jio Play on browser via Jio Play It always says invalid username/password. For this I've regenerated the password innumerous times but problem remains. Also tried contacting the CS but they were not having any specific information as to why it stopped.

Can anyone check if they're able to login and view live TV?
