I took a connection on Thursday with 40 mpbs speed by paying advance and all other charges in Chennai. When the installation people are there speed test shows 37 mobs download and 28 mond down load.
Now starts problems...next day wi fi not connected on my mobile, 3rd day it is totally down and my office day and work are waste of time....iam posting this message on 3rd day...using Airtel 3G connection on phone...
When I called customer care they told we will resolve in 24 hrs....
Tomorrow is Sunday and after that Independence day... So I don't know when and whether issue will be resolved o r not......
