Is Triband down?

Hey.I cant seem to get an IP....few minutes ago it was working fine and now i get no IP.I've tried to load the config which was working.Still no use.Im not getting an IP address.Also, their primary DNS is not being pingable through Incable.Secondary is pingable though.Anyone experienced any outages?Edit: The power,ADSL and Ethernet lights are solid.Status is blinking.And I'm synching at 256/256, too.But cant get connected and no IP.

I'm getting the same error:-

*sigh* 10 days since I got it..only been able to use for 3days 🙁

seems they doing some major maintenance work...i faced the same problem yesterday morning, though it was fine later on, don't know when, but when i connected at night it was fine...they're also updating their sites, i believe...even the account usage is not available...
