Wireless Bsnl modem is not connecting to laptop.

Wireless Bsnl modem is getting green color but not connecting showing something like one dialog box with enable logging and error like showing. But not connecting, whether the problem is in modem or laptop.
 
1. Are you using a data card or using a wired connection with Wifi modem ?

2. How many lights are ON on your modem ?

3. What colour are they ?

4. How many of them are blinking ?

5. Can you read the text written below each LED ?

6. Give your modem's model and make
 
Bsnl modem means it is Bsnl USB recently recharged . Only led is present. when I connect it shows first red color. After getting signal it shows green. When I connect it is not connecting.It is showing something like logging error with one small dialog box. In one check box,enable logging.
