Buying New LED Monitor With Budget 20K Approx! Suggestion Please

Hi, I am buying new LED Monitor. These are the feature i am looking at for.

IPS Pannel
1080p (23'' to 25'') or 1440p (27'')
Response Time : >6ms
Refresh rate : 60hz+
Brightness : =<250 cd/㎡
Matte Display Over Glossy
Must have good quality screen and color ratio

I don't know what to look else.
My current choice is : Asus PA238q (22k on Amazon)

Do you know any good LED?

I have been looking for a replacement myself. I wonder if I can get a display that is comparable to the Dell U3011 for around Rs. 25000. Probably not 😛

why not buy a 32 inch full HD TV instead ?
