ACT upgraded my plan without me asking them to, or without them even informing me. I have been trying to get an answer from them on email since 10 days now. Yes, 10 days! I ask something and they answer something else. I am never able to reach an executive on their customer care number. Neither do they care about the complaints raised through the SMS channel.
And now they are telling me I have payment due because of the plan upgrade that THEY did.
