Basically some (11000 +) BSNL routers are already hacked and are used as botnet to perform malicious attack without user's knowledge.

An attacker can access your router change settings and also gain access to your whole LAN network (any device connected to your router.

How to check if your router is vulnerable :-

Go to any open port scanning site and check if port 7547 is open

or go to this site and click on scan me - Check if Your Home Router is Vulnerable

Misfortune Cookie Vulnerability

We found over 11,000 hacked home routers in India with BSNL, another major ISP in that country, where the routers have already been hacked.

Mine is safe...

Everything is vulnerable in this world. I recommend update firmware always if possible and ignore which port is open or not.
