BSNL 3G cheap yearly prepaid plans

These plans are supposedly active from Sept 2013, why hasn't anyone taken them?

What will you use a Mtnl sim in Bangalore for? and how will you get it?

Armaan, I think"at a time" means per month, in Bsnl English, else they would have said 40 Gb per year

I believe MTNL SIMs have free roaming on BSNL. So you pay MTNL but use BSNL networks.

Try MTNL Delhi..I know getting a SIM isn't that easy..but it's worth it ,if you get one..
