they don't check before you but they say it'll be opened at their collection point whatever that means. However I can confirm that packages going to army addresses will be opened. Though I have no idea if its done by army or speedpost.

But yeah they do ship batteries and phones without any problem. phone should be switched off. Other couriers often refuse and even if they accept, they bump up the shipping prices saying it'll cost extra for "express" "plus" and other bullshit product
