For this particular query, I suggest finding a Ghaziabad specific Facebook Group with members who live in your city. This is best answered by people local to your area. I am a member of a Gurgaon specific group and these kinds of questions are quite common there.

Will my contacts know and see if I make posts about it? Is everything I post is visible to my contacts there?
 
from my understanding facebook group content is visible to only group members. and you can always delete your posts after getting the resolution.
