Nextra is a money hungry company dont want to downgrade my plan

Hello, this is Ankit my nextra customer id 2003485 and im using there services from last 3 years paying them around 2500 INR per month. (should be considered as a good customer for a ISP)


Last month in April I have decided to test their 100mbps plan to do some heavy downloading so I have updated my plan to their top plan which is FiberBolt 100_Ultra and on all topups total 205GB, but after using it around a week I was not happy since the speed was never 100mbs so I decided to downgrade my plan back to my old plan.


I have called their customer care to downgrade my plan on 16th april complaint no 20034859015 and their executive calls me and told me its not possible to downgrade the plan in current bill circle, if thats the case 1st thing come in my mind they must have informed me while upgrading my plan but I told them im not getting 100mbps speed so no point paying 2000 INR more for me.


he said he have forwarded a complaint to his technical team and they will contact me I received a sms of a new complaint no 20034855023 and my old have been resolved.


now the technical guy called me on my number I told him my speed is not coming he start blaming my laptop it have issue and promised me his agent will come and visit my home and he come check my speed it was around 10-15mbps but he never bring his laptop with him to confirm the issue with my laptop.


on 20th April I received a msg my complaint have been resolved.


I thought ok but when I checked again after few days It was still showing 100mbps out of the shock I called them again on 25th complaint no 20034855024 and tell the executive every story and he said he will look after it and same later I received a msg my complaint have been resolved.


I felt thank God at last but story continues my speed was still same I have decided to call them again in May but could never connect to customer care always on waiting even I connected with one of the customer one time but atlast I could connect them on 7th may and a long conversation I have registered a complaint even my internet was down so I add it also in the complaint.


and this is the worst time for any customer this complaint was never registered i called them later after 4-5 hour again same and this guy refuse to take my downgrade complaint saying he can only take one complaint at a time which is connection not working and told me to call again for this complaint and wait again on 30 mins on hold.


out of the anger I emailed their nodal officer but no reply from them also yet.


anyways I called them again yesterday on 9th may to downgrade my plan complaint no 20034859016 and today on 10th May Mr. Abhishek called me with the same excuse my plan cant be downgraded it can be possible only on the next billing circle. and was trained to give me 1000 excuses that I must have done this and this not ready to downgrade my plan and why should they, they are earning 150 rs daily on every delay,


NEXTRA CUSTOMER CARE ARE TRAINED TO DELAY ANY DOWNGRADE


SO GUYS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR 3 YEARS OLD CLIENT PAYING THEM 2500 APPROX MONTHLY WHAT THEY WILL/CAN DO WITH YOU SO MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE NEVER EVER UPGRADE A PLAN IF YOU ARE USING NEXTRA AND IF YOU ARE NOT NEVER OPT FOR IT.

@ankitman I haven't seen any company downgrading a plan in between the billing cycle. Though its bad they didn't resolve the issue despite you are an old and valuable customer for them. So what's the current situation, did they downgrade in next billing cycle or still giving u excuses.
