Hi,I am from Ranchi and was faced with an acute problem since Saturday afternoon.On Saturday afternoon, the ADSL modem displays the error in link and its only blinking. I tried to complain through the telephone no of Ranchi coustomer care unit but they assured that this is the Lalpur exchange problem where we exists. We have opten this connection only from Friday and from the next day this happens. We also have to pay Rs.1200/- a month regarding this facility but for no use. Is there anbody from Ranchi / other places facing the same problem? Can anybody give any useful number(s) so that I can contact in future in case of any failure.
