They will give new number, you need to disconnection other one or you can keep both. Both services are different and independent. You don't need to close Landline to apply for FTTH.Hi Guys
Can we change our ADSL bb internet while keeping same landline number to FTTH ?
Do we need to close our broadband first and only then we can apply for FTTH ?
Anyone knows process ?
Yes they will give new number but if you know exchange peoples you can do 1 thing I think. First ask them if this is possible... Surrender the existing number and ask them to lock it, then apply for FTTH and request to assign previous number. Good luck if it works for you.Means I can not keep my landline number if I need FTTH or I would need to keep both numbers :-(
Thats stupid 🙁
I think voip(ftth) no series would be different from exchange no series.
Hmm, Damm, need to keep two landlinesYo. FTTH numbers are 297x series. Regular number can't be provisioned on FTTH.
lets see, will do contact BSNL regarding thisyou can get the old no to be forwarded to new no for small fixed fee or maybe free for some time. If at all bsnl is that much flexible or they have policy on this.
