Is RelianceJio Wireless Broadband or Wired BB or Both

Is RelianceJio service a Wireless Broadband? YES - I can see people sharing the SIM card and speed stuff here.

But does anyone go Reliance Jio wired broadband to home (like BSNL/Airtel wired broadband)?

not yet, they may launch after succesfull commercial launch of wireless services
