Fake headphones from ebay. Claim rejected.

Bought an xiaomi in ear headphones from ebay. Seller had less but good ratings so bought it. Headphones I received are fake. They sound horrible with no bass and they differ in quality from earlier pair of same headphones I had. Even the Qr code on the headphones direct me to some chinese website instead of xiaomi site hence it clearly shows its not genuine pair. Raised a claim with ebay and they closed it saying proof rejected by ebay. How can I show them proof?

easiest way to complain is twitter, now a days even indian government organisations tends to react spontaneously through twitter. though they fail in written complaint. which claims to be effective traditionally...

Get a twitter account and keep tweeting to them.

Sell same item back on eBay. Ask your friend to purchase it.

Ask your friend to claim the refund stating its fake by giving same proof that you gave.

Hope ebay approves ur friend's claim!

Use same approval as proof for your claim!!
