I recently got a new Internet connection. A wire from the outside runs into a modem through which a cable runs into the router (D-Link DIR-615) and from the router a cable runs into the computer. Problem is, that ping and jitter is a lot high (~100ms) than what I get if I use a cable directly from the modem. Any solution?
