Navjot Sidhu's TV show: What about propriety? asks Punjab HC - Times of India

"Everything is not about law, but what about propriety and morals? If a minister is not following service rules, how can he make his juniors follow it?" the Court asked Sidhu.
"Why he wasn't following the rules applicable to the star MPs," the court asked, adding, "If the legislators won't follow the rules who will."
The court also pointed out that there is a laid down code of conduct and 1952 law which states that after taking office or as long as he is in office, an official or a MP will refrain from joining or holding another office of profit or a private business.
