Help me regarding port forwarding for tally - ACT

My uncle store in hyd got a ACT business plan in his office after my recommendation.
They had BSNL and BSNL with 1 static IP, had configured their BSNL modem to work for tally.

Now, after ACT is installed, Tally is not opening.

Contacted the customer care and they said, you have to do port forward.
But Im confused about it. Its some tally user here, who can help how to configure port forwarding for tally to use with my static ip ?
