Hi,

Anyone facing issues with Cisco VPN connectivity. I am facing issue with cisco VPN client since I took Act fibernet. VPN disconnects and reconnects when connecting for the first time and then it is stable. I suspect some MTU issues with firewall at ACTs end or they might even be trying to block DTLS protocol? Also do they provide public ip (dynamic like airtel dont want static ips) and do they charge for it?

Anyconnect works fine for me without any glitches.

It looks like the problem is my corp VPN subnet and ISP ip subnet are same. After raising a complaint ACT gave a private IP static assignment to me with a different subnet. This solved issue with any connect client.

means your co is buying bandwidth from act. very much possible as they are the cheapest.

No my VPN firewall is present in USA and they have Comcast dedicated line still ACT is using same private IP subnet as my company. ACT does not give public IP to home broadband users.
