BSNL bill of Rs.3744 :( for PLAN change [BBG COMBO ULD 2799 Monthly]

Hello Friends,
I am using BBG COMBO ULD 2799 monthly rental broadband connection with central govt. employee rental scheme.
Every month I got ~3100Rs. bills of my broadband internet connection since last few years.
But this month (January2016) I received 3744/- 😢 bill.
Can any body explain me why it charge 500/- extra for the name of "Adjustments" where as I used this connection and broadband services since last few years. Below attached is my bill.

You are renting modem from them paying them Rs. 110 every month?
Did you get wiring changed or anything else from them in the previous month?
I am guessing... best is to get details from the local exchange people.

Yes I am paying Rs. 110 every month for my modem.
Also I am not changing anything in previous month...
So let me contact to exchange people here..

Well when I buy my own modem most of the times the line man or technician have problem with modem if the modem is not from BSNL so I not want they give me any excuses...
But this time you are right let me save Rs.110 /- and on taxes every month.

You can always ask them to bring their modem to confirm if the problem is with the modem.
