Is 50mbps possible on these line stats?

Okay, mtnl has recently announced 50mbps plans on FTTH the problem is that i am on Vdsl2, FFTc installation. my connection is around 400m from the MSAN. the question is whether 50mbps is feasible on this line ?

snrm 21 ds
attenuation 0 ds
errors are mostly negligible.
 
sorry, i forgot to mention I'm on 10mbps ds right now, and the copper installed from the MSAN to my house is fairly new. 4 years and is of quite good quality.
