Claim warranty or Return new VU TV

I bought VU TV 32D6545 from FK it has stopped working. The TV does not start when the power has been turned on, I am not sure what can i do here . I still have the choice of 'return' but am not sure if FK will accept or should i get in touch with VU support and claim warranty.
 
Return it to flipkart of course, no point getting it repaired if it conked so early.
 
I was reading their return policy not sure if this gets covered. Will they accept and replace the tv?

I have initiated return on FK website, now will have to wait and see what happens next. Thanks for your help guyz.
 

You'll get a call from their technician confirming the TV is dead. Just keep repeating that it doesnt turn on and I have tried everything. Then they'll send someone to pick it up.
 
Keeping my fingers crossed! Had bought Vu TV from flipkart exactly 1 year back!

Its working fine as of now but I think this is 2nd bad report I am hearing online.
 
I noticed first dead pixel on my TV today. 20 day old. Policy I believe is for five pixels. Wondering if I should try to get Flipkart to replace. [emoji53]
 
I have not seen my TV from ages! I need to check it now about dead pixels!
