Issue with ACT broadband + D-link 600

Hi,


Previously I’m using Hathway broadband, that time I bought D-Link 600 router .

Now I switch to ACT broadband, so when try to use same router with ACT it is not working.

How can I use??

I tried with PPPoE.
 
Yes it does support.
Suggestion
1. Reset router to factory settings.
2. Is your account active, is the net working while plug-in the lan cable to Laptop/Desktop.
3. If net is connected in laptop/desktop, have you disconnected from portal.acttv.in before unplugging and plugging in to router.
