Speed and FUP upgrade for Chennai users

ACT has upgraded both speed and FUP for Chennai. They have introduced a separate FUP for Uploads as well. Previously they had unlimited upload option.

Meanwhile in Maharashtra..people are stuck with 512 Kbps after 8GB..this is awesome... 😕

I hope they increase the FUP limit in Bangalore too. It is already done for Hyderabad and now Chennai.

I was expecting Bangalore to get it ahead of Chennai. There is more competition in Bangalore for ACT coupled with more technical issues due to cable cut etc. In Chennai, the penetration of fibernet is fairly low and ACT has the advantage already.Anyway, can't complain now.

Users on the 6 and 12 month plans have received even higher FUP.

For the Retail segment, the plan charges range from Rs 20/GB for ACT Blaze to Rs 10/GB for ACT Incredible (taxes extra). With the 6 month or 12 month advance payment options, there is a further 1 month discount plus 25GB extra per month.

It's been a long wait for Bangalore customers, not very sure what are they up to... they don't have retention plan too 🙂. Placed a call for D/C, in 4 hrs it got deactivated.
