Ten HD frames getting stuck in middle

I wanted to check with fellow users, on Ten HD during US open telecast are they also noticing frames getting stuck after every minute or so.. its damn annoying..


is it my cable guy issue (hathway hd bangalore) or ten hd issue ?
 
Ten HD is fine. You need to ask your cable operator to check the signal level.
