please guide on a good wireless broadband alternative as no other isp has wired service in my area.

this is my current bsnl home ul 675 plan speed on a 200 mb download from code.google.com

this kind of speed has been continuing for a long time, complaints to bsnl go unanswered.

sometimes snr drops to 2, and the local exchange says its normal.
 
Tried complaining via pgportal?

5.1 km distance, going by wired route of underground wires.

my snr used to be 23 till june 2015, dropped in july, also incoming/outghoing calls from landline stopped when the night free calls was announced.

today my landline set is just a show piece. despite repeated complaints no lineman has visited to rectify the fault in 2 months.

i was given a multi cable instead of the standard drop wire almost 8 years back, so i cannot complain over wire, they have done their best, what surprises me is that if broadband can work then why is the basic telephone service not working for almost 2 months now.

I do not know what is the power of this forum , but after my posts here services dramatically improved. I have a random youtube video on pause in the background hence the data.

Ask someone at exchange to change the downstream data rate as well.
