I am not getting proper speeds on BSNL Broadband

you can try taking them to the consumer court.
 
I do 3 complain and end last they said change your operator because we have no one solution of your problem.
Today is 1st September so today also I'm getting same speed upto 800kbps but my plan is 4mbps
BSNL Internet team need to change access rate limits,they will assign your username to different internal VLAN,can be done in few minutes if you get right person.
 
guys can you tell is this value is correct for 2 Mbps bcoz i am not getting good speed
