Option to use existing balance to recharge data removed?

Looks like this option is no longer there. Or atleast not available online or on App.
Using *121#, also doesnt show me an option

Live chat was more interested in guiding me to the best fit plan & was suggesting to go for 251 for 1 GB by using *121*251# or something...
 
I can see option in *111# (no. 6 in that)
 
Ah, ok.. So, that allows to use our balance for data, I hope? They have removed that option from the website
 
You can try. I already have plan active so I can not try.

Online recharge also lets you activate plan from balance though never tried.

Yeah. But the plans to choose in these routes seem lesser than via the website...
