Broadband Surprises with Airtel (Free upgrades for everyone)

I got my plan changed in january and the broadband surprise data(50 GB) was not showing in my account.
Yesterday I wrote an email to airtel regarding it. Received a call & they added the 50GB today.

Did you write an email to the Nodal team or the customer care? ?

Does the Surprise benefit show under a specific header? I don't see it under my plan.
