I am facing a problem of not opening the page of service portal of hathway broadband user log in and so unable to sign out since 5 days. Whenever i contact the customer service , they say it is a technical problem and will be resolved within 24 hours but even after 5 days my problem remains unsolved
I have also sent a couple of mails to the customer care to change the spelling of the surname of the user id from Givindarajan to Govindarajan but they never bother to hear me
I request the concerned authorities to kindly help me out ASAP
