I have been using Hathway since April 2015. It's the worst service I've ever had. Calling Customer Care doesn't help at all. There is no co-ordination between CC and technicians. CC doesn't know anything. They are programmed to say exactly same thing for every problem. It's a waste of time and money with their service. It's better go with other options even if they are more costlier than Hathway. Atleast you'll save your energy and time.
