Well my friend is suggesting that we start up a ODC hub in Andheri for Exattnet ISP users.My friend itself had over 400+ GB to share but the only problem is he is not willing to host the server.So if anyone out here who has the same ISP & stays near station area of Andheri wants to setup the server then we will connect to it.I can help you setup the hub by all the necessary steps.On one condition you have to be serious about it & also try & keep it running 24/7 as far as possible.So let me know if anyone is interested.Or any other Hubs running out there then let me know of the IP to connect.
