Suggest one reliable Broadband connection in New Delhi

Hello,

Currently I am using Broadband Connection of World Phone but it has been providing worst service, Its main problems are:
1. Connection break down frequently.
2. internet always goes down for full 2 days per week.
3. Never work during Rain.
4. Customer Service : Not good.
5. speed is very low, they are giving 512 kbps then divide it by 8 to get the actual speed=around 48 kbps

So, I want to ask from all of you that please suggest me one reliable internet connection and my requirements are:
My Location: Raj Nagar - 2, Palam colony, New Delhi-77
2. I am a regular user of internet i.e. use you tube lots of time and surf net.
3. I can use internet 24*7
4. also download good amount of data i.e, 10 GB OR more.
5. Speed: actual speed in hand must be above 200 kbps and not like they are giving 512kbps then divide it by 8 to get the actual speed=around 48 kbps
5. Budget: between 600 to 850 or 900 in Indian Rupees.
6. Must not be any breakdown in internet
7. Must work during Rain.

Get Airtel. Out of budget. But reliable. MTNL might have a plan in your range as well.

Fast 1199
Upto 4 Mbps till 15 GB thereafter 512 Kbps

Final price should be 1400 something.

Thanks for reply but I can't use MTNL since I have suffered a lot from them, and in Airtel its budget problem. So, I am still in fix .... what to choose

look around for local players offering internet services. reliance thunder plans are also good. but if you want reliability, you probably should stick with airtel.
