Idea Cellular rolls out 4G services in 39 towns in Karnataka – Tech2
In December, Idea had announced the launch of 4G LTE services in all four telecom circles (five states) of South India — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and Karnataka. Earlier this month, it launched services across three more circles – Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Punjab — expanding its 4G LTE service footprint to seven telecom service areas.

By March, the services will extend to three more key markets — Maharashtra and Goa, Northeast and Odisha and by June, Idea’s 4G footprint will cover 750 cities across 10 telecom circles, he said.

I think Idea is now available in Bangalore. Could see a lot of banners around.
*Did anyone get it, If yes - how's the speed and reliability
 
So 4G is launching in Maharashtra on March 15th..got a call from the CC guy to get my LTE SIM ready..

^^^ Any further update about launch of Idea 4G in Maharashtra?
I am not seeing any advert/news of Idea 4G recently.
 
Oh ok, so launched in Nagpur. No news or updates from Idea for my city. BTW how come Idea is not advertising 4G network yet like Airtel, or Vodafone who started adverts recently. May be Idea is coming up with some new adverts with Abhishek Bachchan 😀
 
Just so you know..even though it's launched in my circle..I'm unable to use it in roaming in Bangalore..God knows why
 
My Lumia displays 4G for Idea network at my home. But 4G disappears after I around 5-6 Km away from my home. Cell information also displays Cellular-LTE in 1 app
