I have been using Tikona Internet service for more than an year now. But not satisfied with their service AT ALL. Frequent disconnection, packet drops are common with Tikona. My user id with tikona is 1110931462. The most frustrating thing with tikona is their Customer support executives, they dont even know a thing about solving your problems and always have their answers ready as 'the tower is down temporarily", "keep ur adapter on for 8hours" etc. But the problems remains the same. I am facing now frequent speed issues and disconnection for almost 2 weeks now, Have been contacting Tikona regularly but issue is the same. Due to this I am forced to use an alternate Internet to do my work as I can't rely on Tikona anymore.
I am planning to take some action against Tikona on consumer forum. Can you gyus guide me regarding this? Any information will be useful. I also want to know some of the best ISP in New Delhi, that are better than tikona.
