Any way to track HDFC application status?

Is there any way to track the status of the delivery of the debit card? They are taking too long to deliver the debit card. Time period to deliver is 7 days and its already 11 days. I didn't even receive any SMS about the opening of the account
 
Is it account opening status or debit card delivery status? Or both?

So, how did you make the payment of the initial deposit for minimum balance?
 
I did payment by cheque. And the cheque was deposited also by the bank. I was even given instant welcome kit by bank. I was told I would get debit card within 7 days, then they had some problem because of some error on their side, so it was delayed. Still waiting to receive the debit card. But since the cheque is deposited to the opening account, I guess the account is opened?
 
If the amount got deducted then I guess it should be a matter of couple of days from then
 
HDFC is fucking insane. Was supposed to get debit card within one week, and its 11 days already. When I asked them for instant card, they told me to wait 4 more days to get instant card. WTF?
