I have this plan for 2 months now. Only on day 1 did I get the promised speed. From the second day the speed never goes above 20mbps.
I have complained several times but nothing happens. The tech guy has said upfront that the router given by hathway does not support more than 20mbps.
I complained to them multiple times but no response.
Paid a 3 month advance and couldn't get a refund, so had to use it.
Anyway I can get the full speed?
Otherwise planning to drop this and go back to Airtel or try out Nextra.
