whether to select den boomband or not

Hey m in a lil bit confusion right now ,,,, i have been using airtel broadband for the past 1 year ,, my current plan is 8mbps for 80gb per month and yes it cost me a lot so i just thought its time for saving some money ,, and i heard about den boomband service which is providing upto 50mbps n am a serious speedy nerd .... I also heard various reviews about the customer service of den boomband , mostly all of them states that it doesnt have a quality service m so much confused whether to go for it or not , as i live in yamuna vihar which comes under shahdara region ,,, one of my friend got den boomband and its almost over a month and he is fully satidfied with the service plz guyz help me what to do ?
 
airtel connections are generally rock stable. so there is always a chance that you have to take when you switch to another service provider.
