Tata Sky Vs Sun TV case Latest News

yes next date of hearing!

even after todays directions no news abt as to what directions were given..even no update in tdsat site on 18th may hearing and as well as on todays directions.I think it will still prolonge for months before which sun tv itself will give its channels as it needs star channels once it launches dth next month(june) Tata Sky would have waited patiently without going to TDSAT bcos no use for that mar 19th interim order .and TDSAT is impotential in enforcing its interim orders.

One thing is clear from these things is that there is conspiracy going on to Cheat the customers and regulators are unable to do anything these things only happen in india :madness:

Is it ?..it looks like a turf war if you ask me.who said anything about customers. The sole purpose of a private enterprise to exist, is to make a profit, lots of it.

And the only customers here are the advertisers. We are part of the product the tv companies sell to them.
