So, happened to use this last night. And it was not a good experience. 80KM of darkness. Poles are there but there is no street light. Road is there but there are lots of patches on the way. There is not even a single petrol pump or dhaba or anything on the route. If you get a puncture, you are on your own. If you run out of petrol, you are on your own. If you want medical care, you are on your own. Helpline number is written through the route but I did not see any established station anywhere on the route. So it's likely you would have to wait for a long time to get any help if it even exist.
Also worth mentioning is that the divider in the middle has little greenery so every vehicle on the other lane with full beam would make you blind. They took so many years to make this expressway and right now it is hopeless.
And of course, you pay full toll for using it. 135 in my case.
