I recently got Excitel fiber connection, in my area its is operated by LCO, initially I was getting 5-6 seconds of 100% packet loss/per minute but after few complaints to Excitel CC they did some configuration change and it reduced to 0.3sec to 1sec of 100% packet / per hour. I checked optical power in ONU it showed -25.2 Dbm which is borderline signal (-27dmb) so I told Excited cc to increase it but they refused stating that "its under range". I do have Installation guy phone no. Does he has any authority to fix this?
