Timely security updates was one of their promise. My sister's 10.or E is on January 2018 patch. Oreo update for E was promised by June 2018 which was postponed to the end of this month.

Oreo is currently being rolled out to 10.or D which is their lowest end device. No longer recommending this device for those who need stock Android.
