Excitel routing/backend is still not fully fixed.
I was getting consistent packet loss since last month. I opened a ticket around mid may. At the time I was getting packet loss on even the local excitel servers on SpeedTest app. Since yesterday it's fixed but not fully (no packet loss on SpeedTest app on any local servers).
